Discontinuation of

We want to let you know about a difficult decision we recently made. Due to changing business dynamics, we have decided to close, and beginning July 1, 2018, our products and services will no longer be available.


We wanted to let you know about our decision as soon as possible so that we can support you with any necessary adjustments you may need to make to your student’s education plans for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year. To that end, we have highlighted below some important dates to keep in mind, in addition to actions you should take before the final discontinuation of our services.


Key Dates  

  • January 31, 2018: Beginning on this date, you will not be able to enroll students in any new courses. In addition, as of this date your existing courses will no longer be renewed automatically.
    • If you would like to extend enrollment for your current course(s) or a previously enrolled course, you can do so through your parent account until March 31, 2018.
    • If you have any questions or concerns about your enrollment needs through June 30, 2018, please contact our customer support team (contact details are provided below).
  • March 31, 2018: This will be the last day you can extend enrollment for a current or previously enrolled course using your parent account.
  • June 30, 2018: Access to all courseware and tutor-supported services will end on this date.


Important Next Steps 

  • Log in to your parent account: We ask that you log in to your parent account to review and assess the status of your current course enrollment(s) and needs through June 30, 2018.
  • Connect with your tutor: If your student currently receives Tutor-Supported courseware and is working towards a certificate of completion, please contact your tutor to review your student’s status and next steps.
  • Download reports: We encourage you to download any performance reports you may need by June 30, 2018.
