How Do I Sign into My Parent Account to Renew My Student’s Current Course(s)?

To sign in to your parent account, go to and click on the “Sign In” button in the upper right-hand corner.


Enter your Username (do not enter the student ID) and corresponding Password. If you do not know your username, please contact our customer support team via our chat service at or at 844-944-3833. If you do not know your password, you can recover it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link.


Once you have signed in, choose “My Family” in the drop-down menu, click the “Extend” or “Renew” button on the chosen course enrollment, then complete your payment.
