If you have an active subscription with automatic billing, follow these steps to change the credit card to be charged.
- Sign into your parent account
- Mouse over your name at top right and select My Family.
- Click the Manage Subscription button next to your student’s course.
- Enter your new credit card information, and if applicable, check the box to apply the change to all subscriptions, then click the blue Update Payment Method button.
After you complete these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation that the payment method has been updated. On the Order History page, you should see the correct last 4 digits appear on the order, and the new card will be charged on the next billing date.
