My Course Won't Run

First, check that you are signed in to the student account, not the parent account. You should see the student's name at the top right.

Next, click Run Course.

If you see Loading... and nothing happens, as shown below, it is likely your browser is blocking popups.

Please follow the steps to configure your browser or set up your iPad to allow your course to open in a pop-up window.
