What Do I Do If I See the Wrong Account Information When I Log In?

When a student is provided inaccurate account information when s/he logs into a course, it is sometimes the result of a corrupt browser cache.

To fix this, complete the following steps:

  1. Clear the browser cache
  2. Restart the browser.

If the student still cannot log in, fully shutdown and restart the computer. If the problem still persists, contact a Customer Experience Team member using the information provided on our Support site.
