How Do I Access and Read Student Progress Reports?

Students and parents are able to view progress reports by logging in to their respective accounts:

  1. If not already in the Learning Center, click the Learning Center link at the top center of any page of our website. From the Learning Center home page, all courses enrolled are shown in the My Courses section. Simply click on the Reports button at the bottom of the relevant course. You can also click on the course image to the left of the course name to view the course details page.
  2. On the course details page, click on the Reports or Progress Report tab.
Most Web-based courses will include both a Progress Summary and a Concept Summary under Reports. The progress summary lists cumulative results for an individual student, including:
  • Percentage correct
  • Current grade placement for each strand completed
  • A grade placement trajectory, charting a student's movement through the course

For more detail on Web-based course reports and logs, please see here.

CD-based courses will have a Progress Report tab, an Answer Report tab that shows incorrect answer submissions for convenience, and a Report Upload tab. Note that progress will not display in the Progress Summary or Answer Report until you have uploaded your progress to the website. Follow the instructions on the Report Upload tab at least once per week to keep your tutor looped in on your progress. More information on uploading reports can be found at the CD course FAQ.
