How Does the Language Arts & Writing Course Work?

The LAW program has been designed to be sensitive to differences among students and to tailor the exercises to focus on each student's needs. The program divides English language arts into different strands, or topic areas, and monitors the student's progression in each of these areas separately. As students work problems online, the computer keeps track of the student's strengths and weaknesses in each of the strands and requires students to focus more work in their weakest areas.

The LAW course offers material encompassing the 2nd through 7th grade levels.
