What Should I Do If My Session Progress Is Not Being Recorded Or Is Repeating?

If the session progress is not recorded or session repeats, it's likely due to the browser cache being corrupt.

The solution is to do both procedures below:

  1. Clear the browser cache
  2. Restart the browser

Additional details:

Session progress not recorded = After running a session, the Course Log does not have a record for that session, or it shows an empty circle for the session indicating the session lasted 0 minutes.
Session repeats = After running through a session, the next time students start the course, the same exercises are given (same exercise numbers).
