Why Do Exercises Fail to Start/Load?

If the exercises do not begin, pop-up blockers may be enabled. Pop-up blockers must be turned off when the students are on the web page. Complete the following steps to resolve:

  1. Turn off the pop-up blockers
  2. Restart your browser and login again.
