What Support Resources Are Available to Students and Parents?

For Tutor Supported courses, content support for students is provided by's Stanford-trained tutors. For Independent Study courses, parents and/or self-selected educators provide support for students.

For any technical support, students and parents can contact's Customer Experience Team via live chat, email, or phone. When contacting, please be sure to include a detailed description of the anomaly, a screen shot of the error, and the student username, which will help the Customer Experience Specialist quickly solve your issue.
